Hello Music Family,

Hope you all had a wonderful break of some sort! Well, the jazz band and marching band & Colorguard had their 1st competitive performance this past Saturday in Elk Grove. Both groups did well for their 1st public performance. Jazz took 2nd and marching took 3rd. So, congrats to all performers and the MANY THANK YOU’S to all parent volunteers and boosters for making this performance successful!!!! In other news……. OUR next performance is the LODI-TOKAY BANDS HOST band review. Also known as, “Grape Bowl Classic Band Review”. A.k.a GBC. We will be having our next BOOSTER-PARENT MEETING TOMORROW!!! Please, plan on attending!!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Fall break and have the opportunity to relax and/or enjoy some family time.  Here is the schedule for this week:

10/11 Camp rehearsal 12pm-7pm
10/12 Run through rehearsal 12-3pm (correct time change)

If you haven’t gotten shoes yet please ask about them this week, there are some new shoes available for purchase at $40 and some used ones if you need to borrow a pair.  If you are borrowing a pair of shoes please check with Susan to check them out.

Also, if you have not purchased gloves you will need to do so before Saturday’s performance.
